Setting
This in Provencal style build house is situated in the middle of the vineyards, not far from the lovely little village Aubignan. The house is surrounded by an 8000m2 garden with an orchard and a swimming pool.

Interior
Ground floor: In the spacious living room you'll find relaxing sofas around the fireplace. The dining table seats 6 persons, but can be enlarged until 12 persons. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop and a microwave oven. A stairs leads up to a spacious room where the kids can play with the provided toys, and watch televisions or DVD.
On the ground floor is also the first bathroom situated with a shower and a basin. Next door you'll find the toilet and a separate room with a washing machine

On the first floor, the 4 bedrooms are situated. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed (140x190) and one bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). On this floor you will also find the second bathroom with a bath/shower and a basin. The separated toilet is next door.
Next to the house is the modern furnished, separate loft situated. This loft has its own entrance. The loft contains a well equipped kitchen and a spacious room which is divided in a bedroom and a living area by a curtain. The bedroom contains a double bed (160x200) and has access to its own terrace. The loft has also its own bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

In the large garden you can pick your own fruit in the orchard. Several seats where placed under the old trees. A dining table is placed on the covered terrace. The swimming pool (10x5 meter) has eight sun beds and there is also a BBQ, a slide and a swing for the kids.
