Interior
The house Laurence is situated in a garden of 1000 square meters and lays on walking distance of the centre of the village Aubignan, were you’ll find all the shops you need.
You enter by a gate and you have enough space to park one or more cars. By a
small stair you arrive at the living room with a sitting area with TV and
video. Next to it an open kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is well
equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer compartment
and a coffeemaker.
In the house you'll find three bedrooms with a double bed (140x 190) and a
bathroom with a double washbasin and bath - separate toilet.
In the backyard you'll find a pool house with a fully equipped summer-kitchen
with dining table. You’ll also find here another bedroom with a double bed and a
bathroom wit a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
In the garden the swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) and 4 sun beds with mattresses and a
parasol. Behind the pool house you'll find a playground with a little slide for
the kids.
Situation
On walking distance of the lively village Aubignan and about 5 km from the bigger town
Carpentras were the larger supermarkets are situated. It is a lovely place to
discover the Provence and the south of France.
