Garden: Terrace with garden furniture. In the well kept garden lies the swimming pool (9 x4 m, deep from o,8 till 1,8 m) totally fenced off – playground - BBQ - Sun beds and a parasol. Space to park several cars.

Setting
Quiet but not isolated, just at the outskirts of Mormoiron, it is possible to get your morning "baguette" by foot. For your gaily shopping there is a grocery in this village, the larger super markets are in Carpentras at about 8 km. You can get your newspaper here and don't forget to visit the Chateau Pesquié.
