Ground floor: The original part of the house has the first sitting room from which a staircase rises to three bedrooms and a bathroom. From this first sitting room, you pass through the dining room to the second living room which has a separate staircase to two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bath rooms have a bath, basins and a toilet.
On the ground floor you'll find also a separate shower room and two separate toilets. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2004 with new cupboards, tiling, paintwork, cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and sink. A washing machine is available in the laundry room.
There are terraces running all along the front of the sitting rooms and dining room and a sheltered courtyard barbecue terrace outside the kitchen and first sitting room.
