This part of the Mas Monteux is situated most far of the swimming pool. The house is very nice decorated and it has large rooms. The entrance is in the scullery where a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and a washbasin are situated, passing this scullery you enter the kitchen and dining area with a large table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, coffee-maker and kettle. In the sitting area you find the open fire place and TV - downstairs also a bathroom with a shower and a separated toilet.
First floor: 4 bedrooms each with double beds (140) and two bathrooms each with a washbasin, an Italian shower and toilet.
Garden: In front of the house a large covered terrace by a "treille" and next to the house a covered terrace with a fixed BBQ and garden furniture. At the backside a covered car parking
The totally fenced off shared swimming pool, (10 x 5m) with a pool house where enough sun beds are available. The garden is well kept.
Situation
At the outskirts of Monteux, very quietly situated. Monteux and Carpentras both at around 4 km. View at the Mont Ventoux. Not far from Avignon, Orange, Nîmes, Arles and Marseille. Les Camargues and the Mediterranean Sea at about one hour drive by car.
Availability
All year except July and August. During those months the house is only available for 16 persons, see the reference 5072/Monteux
