A beautiful Provencal-style farmhouse, built on the site of a former eleventh and twelfth century chapel on a 40,000 sq. m. enclosed property set among pine, oak and olive trees.

The house offers quiet and peaceful surroundings but is not isolated. It presents lots of privacy and yet is close to all facilities.  The 40,000 square meter estate among pine, oak and olive trees is fully enclosed with an electric gate and digital code. The property includes an alarm system. Enjoy large grounds to rest, take a stroll or play games. Beautiful lavender, rosemary and all-colored laurel shrubs permeate the garden with wonderful scents.

Interior:
The farmhouse may be rented all year long. Except for summer period (June 15 – September 15) where the farmhouse must be rented as a whole with its 7 bedrooms, the property may be rented in separate parts.

Front part of the farmhouse (“Funny”), offers a 180 sq. m. living space and has an accommodation capacity for 6 persons + babies.

1 double living room comprising one lounge with an antique fireplace and a TV area with a  DVD player. Sofas and armchairs in both living rooms. Rear part of the farmhouse (« Martinus and Cor»), offers about  90 sq. m. x 2 = (180 sq. m.) and has an accommodation capacity: 10/11 persons.
The ground floor opens into a beautiful shaded terrace with 2 tables/12 armchairs.

2 bathrooms upstairs –  2 shower rooms on the ground floor

Each part comprises:  Fully equipped kitchen - Lounge with seats, sofas and armchairs- Television area  with a DVD player - Dining area - large terrace with a shady pergola including 2 tables and 12 armchairs.

Garden: The property includes a large 15x7 meter private swimming pool, fully secured by a hedge, enclosed by a safety gate fastened with a padlock. Alarm systems in the pool. A shaded pergola by the pool during hot hours of the day. A pool-house with a toilet and watering point. Includes a shower outside.

At the other end of the estate, you can enjoy a private TENNIS court during the cooler hours of the day. A petanque court and boules are available. Setting
The village of Gargas is situated at about two-minutes away on the other side of the hill. It has corner shops, doctors, a pharmacy, a newsagent, a bakery, a supermarket, a post office, etc.

“Le rêve en Provence” is at 3 km from two large supermarkets: The « Centre Leclerc » and “Simply Market”. Apt is at a short distance—5 km away.
