Nice and cosy decorated Provencal Mas, quietly situated on a sloping plot of 2000 square metres. The house is situated about 7 kilometres from the village Cheval Blanc, and along the canal from Cheval Blanc to Méridol.

Ground floor: Entrance – Spacious living room with a separated sitting area, fire place and TV – Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, and coffee machine – Scullery with washing machine, dryers, fridge and freezer – Separate toilet.

First Floor: Three bed rooms with a double bed each (140 x 190) and a single bed – Three bed rooms with a double bed (140 x 190). All bed rooms have their own bath room with a wash basin, bath and toilet.
 
Garden: Terrace with furniture and parasols – The swimming pool is situated on a hill. The pool has a size of 7 x 12 metres and has a beach (a very shallow part in the pool). The deepest part of the pool is 3 metres deep. Around the pool you’ll find 12 sun beds.

Setting
The house is situated between trees and hills and has a lot of privacy. About 7 kilometres from the house you’ll find the village Cheval Blanc where you can do your daily shopping. In the larger Cavaillon at 10 kilometres you’ll find the supermarkets and a lot of restaurants.
