Interior
This beautiful house is build in a typical Provencal style just outside the centre of the village Roussillon, famous by its red ochre grounds. The house is situated in a large garden of 10.000 square metres, and at one side you have a marvellous view at the Luberon.

Ground floor: Entrance - Living room with a sitting and a dining area, open fire place and TV - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, micro-wave, dish-washer, coffee-maker and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment - Two bed rooms each with double beds (140) - Bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) - Bathroom with wash bin and a bath/shower combination - Toilet.

Downstairs: Garage with washing machine and a table tennis table.

Garden: (covered) Terrace with garden furniture - large swimming pool (12 x 6 m., deep  1,2 till 2,5 metres), protected by an alarm and fenced off, 8 sun beds.

Situation
Very quiet, just outside the centre of the village Roussillon. You can do some shopping by feed. In Roussillon you’ll find all you need, restaurants, a bank, the post office and in the surroundings a lot of caves where you can buy the lovely and famous wine of the Provence. In Apt at about 8 km you’ll find a large supermarket.
