Typical Provencal built house 'en pierre', quietly situated but not far from the village Carpentras.

Ground floor: dinning room with dinning table and French doors to the terrace - sitting area with fire place, TV, video, DVD and hi-fi - fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee-maker - Washing machine - Toilet.

First floor: 4 bedrooms each with double beds (140 x 190/ 140 x 190/ 140 x 190/ 160 x 190 ) - Bathroom with a wash basin, shower and a toilet- Bathroom with washbasin, Italian shower and a bath.

Garden: Swimming pool (ca. 4 x 6 m), 5 sun beds  - covered terrace met dinning table and chairs, summer kitchen and BBQ - At the backside of the house a playground for the children with a swing.

Setting
Just outside the larger village Carpentras at about 3 km. from the city centre.
On Sunday mornings you’ll find a "brocante ( which means flee market)" in Carpentras, and on Friday mornings a very large and famous open market. This house is a perfect spot to start your discovery around the Provence.
