A very nice and cosy house situated in a suburb of the village Pernes les Fontaines, former capital of the Comtat Venaissin.

Entrance - half open kitchen which is fully equipped with stove, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee-maker and kettle and with a scullery where is the washing machine - large living room with a sitting corner and TV, video, DVD and CD- player- bedroom with two single beds (120) - bedrooms with a three-quarter bed, bedroom with double beds (140) - bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin- toilet.

Garden: Covered terrace with furniture - Well kept garden with a lot of flowers - Swimming pool (10x5 m, deep from 1,3 till 2,4 m) with terrace and 4 sun beds, parasol and BBQ.

Setting
The house lays in a suburb of the village Pernes les Fontaines, a very dynamic place with a lot of tourist attractions during the summer.
The house is situated close to a large supermarket and in the village centre are a lot of different shops. The larger city Carpentras at about 4 km. Isle sur Sorgue, well known by its antique market at Sunday, at 6km.
