Very quietly situated villa in a suburb of the village Caromb. The house is build and decorated in a Provencal style

Setting
Mas de Marie lies at a plot of 1000 square metres and the garden is totally fenced off. Enough place to park your car(s). There is a partly covered terrace so even when it is very sunny you can have your lunch in the shade. The centre of the village Caromb lies at about 900 metres, where you’ll find several shops and restaurants. Carpentras at a distance of 8 km with all the big supermarkets and many more shops. Don’t forget the famous Friday morning market. In Beaumes de Venise (at 5 kilometres) a public swimming pool and at 3 kilometres Lac du Paty ( a small lake)
