Entrance - Living area with sleeping sofa and TV - an open kitchen with a cooker, microwave/oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), washing machine and coffee-maker - Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) - Bathroom with wash bin, shower and toilet.

Garden: Terrace with garden furniture and parasol - Swimming pool (9,1 x 4,6 m) , depth from 1,2 m - Sun beds - BBQ. The swimming pool lies across the cottage, but can also be used by the owner.

Setting
In a quiet outer area out of the lovely village of Cheval Blanc, where you can do all your daily shopping. A perfect spot to discover the beautiful region and to relax.
